We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 8MB. For the best print quality, upload the largest original image you have - our team reviews every file before production begins and will contact you if there's an issue.

Yes - as long as your order hasn't entered the "Shipped" stage. Go to account -> orders -> manage to edit. If already shipped, contact us and we'll try to redirect with the carrier.
