Paper posters are printed to order in the US and delivered in 5–10 business days. Delivery costs $7.95, or free on orders of $75 and above.

When carrier tracking is available, we'll send it after dispatch. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update.

Changed your mind? You can request a return of a fixed-design print within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] first, then return the unused print in protective packaging within 14 days of your request. Return postage, including international postage to the UK, is paid by you. Return address: Lasting Details, 39A Melbourne Avenue, London W13 9BX, United Kingdom. We refund the item and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your return. Custom prints made from your own image can be cancelled before production begins; once production starts, change-of-mind returns are not available. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 30 days with your order number and photos for a free replacement or full refund. Contact us before returning a faulty print; you will not pay return postage for an eligible fault. These timeframes do not limit any rights you have under applicable law. To cancel an order or report a problem, email [email protected] with your order number.

We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 8MB. For the best print quality, upload the largest original image you have - our team reviews every file before production begins and will contact you if there's an issue.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address only before dispatch, and carrier changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
