Clear, practical terms for buying Lasting Details products and ordering custom print work.
Orders
Orders are confirmed when checkout is completed and payment or manual payment instructions are accepted. We may contact you if artwork, address, stock, or payment details need review.
Custom prints
You are responsible for making sure uploaded artwork is yours to print and is high enough quality for the selected product. We may reject artwork that is unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for production.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in USD, and delivery is added at checkout. Prices may change before checkout. If a product, finish, or size becomes unavailable after ordering, we will offer a replacement, delay notice, or refund.
Shipping
Paper posters are printed to order in the US and delivered in 5–10 business days. Delivery costs $7.95, or free on orders of $75 and above. Delivery estimates are based on normal production and courier timelines, and delays can happen due to address issues, public holidays, or courier disruption.
Cancellations, returns and replacements
Changed your mind? You can request a return of a fixed-design print within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] first, then return the unused print in protective packaging within 14 days of your request. Return postage, including international postage to the UK, is paid by you. Return address: Lasting Details, 39A Melbourne Avenue, London W13 9BX, United Kingdom. We refund the item and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your return. Custom prints made from your own image can be cancelled before production begins; once production starts, change-of-mind returns are not available. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 30 days with your order number and photos for a free replacement or full refund. Contact us before returning a faulty print; you will not pay return postage for an eligible fault. These timeframes do not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Accounts
Keep your login details secure. Activity under your account may be treated as authorized unless you notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
