Lasting Details metal posters start at PKR 1,900 for an A5 matte print with double-sided tape. Prices increase with the printed area, while gloss and magnetic mounting are optional upgrades.

Choosing an A5, A4, A3, A2, or A1 metal poster

A-series sizes keep the same portrait proportion as they scale, so a design is not stretched when moving between A5 and A1. What changes is its visual weight in the room.

• A5: a compact accent for a shelf, desk corner, narrow wall, or small gift.
• A4: useful beside a desk, in a pair, or as part of a small gallery arrangement.
• A3: the balanced all-round choice for bedrooms, workspaces, and medium wall sections.
• A2: a stronger feature above a desk, console, reading chair, or compact sofa.
• A1: a large hero print for a lounge, studio, office, or wide blank wall.

Matte or gloss: which finish is better?

Neither finish is automatically more premium. The better choice depends on the artwork, surrounding light, and mood of the room.

Choose matte for controlled reflections

Matte is the safer option opposite a bright window, beneath direct ceiling lights, or in a work area where reflections could distract from the image. It also suits botanical, architectural, muted, and texture-led designs where tonal detail matters more than shine.

Choose gloss for stronger surface contrast

Gloss can give dark, colourful, graphic, and neon artwork a more vivid surface presence. It works best where you can control direct reflections. Check the wall at the time of day when you use the room most before choosing it.

Double-sided tape or magnetic mounting?

Every Metal size can be ordered with double-sided tape or magnetic mounting. Paper posters use double-sided tape only.

Double-sided tape

This is the included, lower-cost option for a stable placement. The wall must be clean, dry, smooth, and suitable for adhesive. Paint condition and surface texture matter, so follow the supplied instructions and avoid weak, damp, dusty, freshly painted, or heavily textured walls.

Magnetic mounting

Magnetic mounting makes it easier to remove or swap the metal print while leaving the wall-side mounting layer in place. It is useful for rotating artwork, accessing the wall, or changing a setup. The wall-side adhesive still requires a compatible surface and careful preparation.

What artwork works well on metal?

Metal gives the print a crisp edge and object-like presence, so designs with clear composition and confident contrast tend to read well from across a room. The artwork should still look natural: metal printing does not turn ordinary colours into neon lights or add metallic ink effects that are not present in the file.

What is the most versatile metal poster size?

A3 is the most adaptable single-print size for many bedrooms and workspaces. A2 creates a stronger feature, while A1 needs more surrounding wall space.

Does magnetic mounting work on every wall?

No. The magnetic system still has a wall-side component that depends on suitable adhesive contact. Rough, dusty, damp, weak, or freshly painted surfaces need extra care and may not be appropriate.

Can I order the same design on paper?
