Paper posters are printed to order in the UK and delivered in 5–10 business days. Delivery costs £5.95, or free on orders of £55 and above.

Changed your mind? You can cancel a fixed-design print for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Email us, then send it back unused within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you. Send returns to Lasting Details, 39A Melbourne Avenue, London W13 9BX. We refund the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, and may reduce the refund if it has been handled more than needed to inspect it, for example if it has been mounted. Custom prints made from your own image can't be cancelled. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. Yes. We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 8MB. Our studio reviews artwork before production and will contact you if the file needs adjustment.
