Paper posters are printed to order in the UK and delivered in 5–10 business days. Delivery costs £5.95, or free on orders of £55 and above.

When carrier tracking is available, we'll send it after dispatch. You can also contact us with your order number for a status update.

Changed your mind? You can cancel a fixed-design print for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Email us, then send it back unused within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you. Send returns to Lasting Details, 39A Melbourne Avenue, London W13 9BX. We refund the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, and may reduce the refund if it has been handled more than needed to inspect it, for example if it has been mounted. Custom prints made from your own image can't be cancelled. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. None of this affects your statutory rights. To cancel an order or report a problem, email [email protected] with your order number.

We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 8MB. For the best print quality, upload the largest original image you have - our team reviews every file before production begins and will contact you if there's an issue.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address only before dispatch, and carrier changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

We're sorry that happened. Email [email protected] (or message +44 7825 827424 on WhatsApp) with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make and send a replacement at no cost to you.
