14-day cancellation right
For a fixed-design paper print, you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number before returning it.
Returning your print
Send the print back unused and in suitable protective packaging within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Return postage is paid by you. Return address: Lasting Details, 39A Melbourne Avenue, London W13 9BX.
Refunds
We refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned print. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it. We do not offer exchanges; you may place a new order after a refund.
Faults and custom prints
Custom prints made from your own image cannot be cancelled, but remain covered for damage, defects, or incorrect production. For any faulty, damaged, or incorrect order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
