Privacy Policy.
This policy explains how Lasting Details handles customer information for shopping, custom printing, delivery, and support.
Storefront statistics and your choices
We count product impressions, clicks, product views, successful cart additions, broad page categories and searches with or without results to improve the storefront. These are daily totals by catalog product and selected market: we do not store individual analytics records, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, device details, full page URLs, search text or customer details in these statistics. No analytics cookies or session identifiers are used. Use Privacy choices in the footer to stop these counts at any time; we also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Only your privacy preference is remembered on your device. Aggregate counts are retained for 13 months. Sales reports use actual order records separately and do not depend on analytics consent.
Optional Google Analytics
For visitors located in Pakistan or the United States, Google Analytics is enabled with an opt-out. Elsewhere, or if location cannot be determined reliably, it loads only after you accept. Location is checked on our server using a local country database; your IP is not retained for this check or sent to a geolocation service. This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com/. It uses cookies and ecommerce events to measure visits and shopping activity. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Exact search terms are recorded only after explicit acceptance: please do not enter personal information in store searches. You can withdraw permission using Privacy choices; previously collected data cannot be reconstructed for visits that were not tracked.
Information we collect
We collect the details needed to run the store: account information, contact details, shipping addresses, order history, uploaded customization files, support messages, and basic storefront analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, prepare custom prints, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the storefront, and send order-related updates.
Payments
Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider. Lasting Details does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Custom artwork
Uploaded artwork is used only to review, print, pack, and support your order. Avoid uploading sensitive personal documents or artwork you do not have permission to print.
Product reviews
If you submit a product review, your chosen name, rating, review text, and approved photo may appear publicly. Your email and order details remain private and are used only for moderation, duplicate prevention, and verified-purchase checks. Do not upload photos containing private information or people who have not agreed to appear.
Google Customer Reviews
For eligible UK card orders, we may show Google's optional Customer Reviews survey opt-in on the order confirmation page. If you choose to opt in, we share your order ID, email address, United Kingdom delivery country, and estimated delivery date with Google so it can send the survey after delivery. Google handles that information under its own privacy terms.
Gallery and embedded media
Gallery images may include customer spaces only where publication permission has been confirmed. Videos are loaded from approved external providers only after you choose to play them, and those providers may process your device or network information under their own privacy terms.
Data sharing
We share only what is necessary with service providers such as payment processors, delivery partners, email providers, hosting infrastructure, and operational tools.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some order records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
