Orders
Orders are confirmed when checkout is completed and payment or manual payment instructions are accepted. We may contact you if artwork, address, stock, or payment details need review.
Custom prints
You are responsible for making sure uploaded artwork is yours to print and is high enough quality for the selected product. We may reject artwork that is unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for production.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in GBP, and delivery is added at checkout. Prices may change before checkout. If a product, finish, or size becomes unavailable after ordering, we will offer a replacement, delay notice, or refund.
Shipping
Paper posters are printed to order in the UK and delivered in 5–10 business days. Delivery costs £5.95, or free on orders of £55 and above. Delivery estimates are based on normal production and courier timelines, and delays can happen due to address issues, public holidays, or courier disruption.
Cancellations, returns and replacements
Changed your mind? You can cancel a fixed-design print for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Email us, then send it back unused within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you. Send returns to Lasting Details, 39A Melbourne Avenue, London W13 9BX. We refund the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, and may reduce the refund if it has been handled more than needed to inspect it, for example if it has been mounted. Custom prints made from your own image can't be cancelled. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. None of this affects your statutory rights. To cancel an order or report a problem, email [email protected] with your order number.
Accounts
Keep your login details secure. Activity under your account may be treated as authorized unless you notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
